REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee on the B2match site is 100 Euros/person.You can store your detailed company profile there and use the B2B platform to initiate business contacts. Here you can find relevant people to talk to and arrange appointments in advance on both days of the event. The platform offers an extensive network in the health sector. The participation fee is 750 Euros/person. It includes pick-up at the airport and transfer to the hotel, the shuttle service from the hotels to the event location, lunch on all 3 days of the event and participation in all events. If necessary, interpreters are available on both days.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee is paid online directly via bank transfer.
TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMMODATION
The costs for international transport from the home country to Abidjan, Ivory Coast are to be paid by the participant. Our travel partner Brussels Airlines offers attractive ticket prices. The booking has to be made directly by the participants.

Each participant is responsible for their own accommodation.
